The Challenge

After deploying the Groot AI chatbot, the team had no visibility into chatbot performance — no way to track conversation quality, monitor system health, identify trending customer issues, or measure the impact on support workload.

Our Solution

We built a custom React analytics dashboard at chat.voltimax.de/dashboard providing real-time KPIs, full conversation visualization, system health monitoring, and performance metrics. The dashboard connects directly to the chatbot's MongoDB backend and LangSmith tracing pipeline, giving the team complete oversight of every customer interaction.
