Our Solution

We built Groot, an AI-powered chatbot using Anthropic Claude with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) over 10,000+ embedded vectors from product data, CMS content, and policies. The system features intelligent routing between Claude Haiku for simple queries and Sonnet for complex ones, real-time product search via the Shopware Store API, vehicle compatibility validation, and a Batteriepfand (battery deposit) workflow with Zendesk ticket integration.
